Riot Needs To Step Up Punishments- And Fast.

I know, I know what your thinking when you read this "Hypocrite", and thats fine. But all I deal with in matches is enemies who get fed bad mouthing inside the game. Taunting is one thing- but calling your team trash, garbage, and telling them to kill themselves is another thing. Its another thing to joke about it- but its not funny every 2 seconds. League punishments for this are a joke anymore- you go in a game and the players reeeeaaalllyy dont care because they know no punishments will occur. More times then not I hear this when someone talks about reporting- "And? League does shit about it, so go f*** off." And it has shown! No one in league belies they will be punished if they do things like this- because riot wont punish them. All im asking is forriot to step up their punishments. One reason I heard of why they wont is due to money loss. If so, please excuse me for this comment- but thats a load of bull crap, because if the games community gets any worse- your going to lose alot more money then stepping up now. Please comment on how you feel!!!
