Got an offer for a job interview halfway through a game

I tried to explain this in the "leavebuster warning" thing, but all it would let me type is "I agree". So, I just want to write here that I agree not to leave further games - unless something important, like a job interview, an emergency, or something that is more important than league of legends comes up.

Good luck at your Job interview.

It is still leaving a game. 1 game doesn't get you punished luckily. However a pattern of it will. I don't believe you will consistently leave games. Emergencies happen and riot understands this. That is why there is some leniency if the leave buster. However If you are showing a PATTERN of leaving games you will be punished.

Once again good luck with your job interview.

I mean yea stuff comes up, the leave buster is just a warning it's saying "hey don't make a habit out of this you just ruined a game for 9 people" it doesn't carry much weight

You silly goose. Here, League of Legends is more important than everything! You should be banned for a week or so, so you can think about what you've done. ^^

The wording on that message is pretty terrible, isn't it?

Fortunately the actual system is far more relaxed than the message makes it out. As long as you're playing out most of your games you'll be fine. My friend had a similar thing where his wife's water broke right as a game started up, and when he eventually got back he had to type the "i agree" crap, but he hasn't had issues since then.

They offered you an interview but only if you went to meet them immediately? Weird.

Last time I got offered a job interview, there was at most a 5 minute conversation that basically amounted to "We want you to come in for an interview at X place on Y day" where Y was about a week away.

Lucky you, OP. Wish that would happen here.

Yeah, I wouldn't worry. One leaverbuster won't break you. One hundred might.

Like you had to get on skype that minute because you were on call for a possible job interview or something? Things like that usually aren't scheduled at the very last second :p

You can just postpone the interview...
