Banned for 14 days on my birthday....

Look i just got banned for 14 days is there any way i can appeal this i only responded to the comments someone on my team was making he was basically mirroring what i was saying yet he gets no punishment, you only post one side of the logs so it makes it look worse and the first game you said i flamed in is ridiculous to get banned from now i cant even reconnect on any accounts to the chat system and im not sure why my team was blaming me and i said they should blame themselves is that so bad and i told them to stop soloing as they were playing like we were not going to lose and we lost because of it. I was improving my behavior before this then i had one slip up and i got banned for 14 days seems a little harsh there are people who do this every game who never get punished is there anyway i can undo this they seem to of banned me across all of my accounts what a shitty b day this has turned out to be I worked so hard to get gold and now it does not mean anything as i dont get season rewards i may aswell just quit the game now tbh theres no point in playing if i can slip up in one game and lose everything ive worked for over the last 3 years

Nope, no way you can undo it. Just stop being toxic when you get your account back, or the next one is permanent.

i may aswell get permabanned everything ive worked for has been undone in one day so its pointless even playing on that account anymore

An account wouldn't escalate to a 14 day ban unless you said something really out of line such as racism, sexism, or death threats. At that point it seems common for players to either get perma banned on the 14 day suspension.

So if you didn't do anything like that then it is far more likely that you have shown negative and toxic behaviour over a large number of your games and have been accurately reported for it. Players don't just get banned for one slip up, they get banned for showing extreme toxic behaviour or consistent toxic behaviour over many games.

Also, Riot will never include other players chat logs and what they said has nothing to do with your punishment. Nothing another player writes can get your account punished. You control your keyboard.

Honestly Everytime i see one of these threads i already know that the writer is so full of sht Happy b day but that doesn't get you out of trouble Don't be toxic and you won't have problems Everytime i have a problem with a player i add them to my "Block List" and after that i never see them again ( Seems to ban them from future games with me because my friend was friends with a guy in my list and he couldn't join because i was game owner )

You can still use your chat. Just think about this if need be: Would I want someone saying this to me? If you can answer that with a "No" don't press enter and hit Esc instead. If you can truly answer "Yes" due to it not trying to insult or belittle someone and it is meant to help the whole team in some way, then you should be fine with pressing enter.

It generally takes about 3 months of playing for an accounts next punishment to drop in severity. Since you just got a 14 day suspension the next will be a perma ban. So it might be best to not use chat for a while until your account moves out of the red zone.

yes i made a mistake i do admit but being banned for 14 days for it is ridiculous considering they used to just restrict you from ranked when people where using racial slurs and homophobic comments i say some guyhs bad cause hes calling me bad and i get banned for 14 days

well you're usually not banned for no reason. you either had a ban before or you REALLY slipped up and were really toxic that game. as for the way things used to be, things have changed obviously and if you've been here the whole time you probably knew this. also just because other people get away with being toxic doesn't mean its right or that you're not subject to it. report them and hopefully they'll get punished soon.

I hope the rest of your birthday goes better...at least there will be cake?

Sorry, but saying "oh the other guy was toxic too!" doesn't really excuse you. If someone lights your house on fire, and then you go and light their house on fire, you still get charged with arson. You're definitely on a slippery slope, but if you refrain from any negative chat, you should be fine.
