Not only did I make and submit a ticket to riot but they said they would look into the game and had the ability to see the pre game select, but I haven't even gotten a response.

It is really unfortunate that this behavior system doesn't even show other summoner's text to give context.

In short, I called adc in a blind pick game, but this summer proclaimed that they didn't care and instead would be adc, auto-locking kaisa. I went along with it and still played the game constantly being harassed and being referred to as "you humans" by this specific summoner. I was threatened with intentional feeding for speaking up and in a few instances He literally did walk under their tower only to have the enemy say "thank you for the free kill".

I can't believe that this has been flagged for a chat restriction especially coming from ONE SINGLE GAME and I have never been toxic before... regardless of whether or not this is???

In conclusion, I feel it is deeply unfair for full game chat-logs to not be provided and that I was punished on behalf of someone trolling and being extremely toxic. I admit I was egged on to bicker and argue with this person but when I am not attacking anyone's character or belittling anyone how can this be justice??

In blind pick no one is entitled to any specific role. Calling the role does not mean you're entitled to it either. If an agreement can't be made on who goes where everyone will just have to deal with it since no one person has more say on who goes where compared to the next person.

If you want a more concrete role assigned to you I would recommend you play draft-pick.

ok so regardless of that the game went sour really quick and I was still helpful to the rest of my team and attempted to salvage this by stopping this person from trolling. Remarkably, after I threatened them with a report for intentionally feeding they stopped and when on to character attacks.

I never have condoned the use of the report feature as a weapon to threaten or attack people in chat. I believe it to be poor behavior itself as well as a misuse of the system.

I believe the report feature is to be used to report people. That's it.

In your chat logs you do this as well as some various insults such as;

Hijikata: i didnt ask nor do i care about your edgy teenager opinion

or

Hijikata: youre a fool

A majority of your chat is you attempting to win some sort of argument against another person. You're not playing the game to needlessly argue with your teammates.

Just mute them.

Imagine you saw what came before this, and can someone truly be chat banned for saying 2 lines in which there is no swearing especially after being instigated, I ADMIT it's not "PC" but an entire chat ban over something so minisscule in one single game ESPECIALLY given the circumstances seems completely obnoxious. I can't be the only one who thinks this. And how is it misuse of the system when after i threatened him with a report he stopped feeding? IT worked for me and im sure it works for others.

I pointed out the two lines that were obvious insults. But as I said, the majority of your chat was just you constantly arguing.

Because whether or not someone is intentionally feeding is often very subjective. I've seen people threaten to report someone for intentionally feeding when it was clear to me that the person was just having a bad game.

I agree with you that in most cases intentionally feeding is in fact very subjective. I think you'd agree with me that when someone says OK I am going to int now and then proceeds to walk from base to under tower multiple times constitutes intentional feeding. Unless that isn't the case in this same community that believes I deserve a chat ban for this game.

I'm not even level 30 and to be instantly punished after such a terrible experience is really demotivating and leaves a very sour feeling.

You were belittling and insulting someone else, as well as harassing them, though.

It isn't suddenly okay just because they started it. You were punished because of your behavior, not because of what anyone else did. Why you did what you did doesn't matter, just that you did it.

This person LITERALLY said they would intentionally feed did it a few times then said they weren't going to be banned??? How am I possibly at fault in this case please I really would like to see specific violations of ToS. If you can be chatbanned for calling someone a fool for intentionally feeding in ONE GAME, I'm sure absolutely 90% of the community would be chat restricted.

I have the logs you posted, which assuming you did not edit or falsify them, are the logs that matter.

You are chat restricted because you broke the Summoner's Code. It does not matter what they were doing, you are not allowed to violate the Summoner's Code just because "they started it" or "they were worse".

Rule 1. Support your team. None of your chat is supportive - your chat is entirely negative and focused solely on flaming/blaming.

Rule 3. Facilitate Civil Discussion. You were not civil in your discussion. You were argumentative, rude, and insulting.

Rule 5. Build Relationships. Your chat served to divide your team. Not unify them.

Rule 6. Show humility in victory, and grace in defeat. Your chat was not graceful at all in your defeat.

Rule 9. Lead by example. Your entire chat was toxic - which is not leading by example when you claim you did it because you were mad someone else was being toxic.

Rule1. If i were to be supporting this Kai'sa, I would be supporting intentional feeding (blatantly not just saying they died a few times fighting)

Rule3. well this is a quote from that rule "When you choose to participate in a discussion with the rest of the playerbase, always try to be receptive to another player's point of view. " I was attempting to commuicate only to be called a stupid noob and just another human and a feminist. I FACILITATED DISCUSSION AND WAITED FOR RESPONSE

Rule5. Im not sure how you gather that I divide my team by attempting to stop a troll.

Hint: The answer is no. Since the answer is no, that your chat log would not be acceptable in a game going well (as evidenced by the fact you're always saying "except for X person" or "besides X person" or "because they were doing X"), then it means your chat log is not acceptable in this game ever.

#It does not matter what others were doing, this chat is unacceptable in any game. Harassment, verbal abuse, flaming, and threatening others is never okay in League.

Where does it say that you are not allowed to attempt to mediate toxicity? Please tell me. There is simply no reason to convince someone not to intentionally feed otherwise. I also wasn't aware you could get chat banned from a single instance of this as this is obviously an outlier, when this was the first experience of trolling I've had in this game.

A comment of "hey man, toxicity isn't helping us win, please focus on the game" isn't going to get you punished.

Continually harassing them instead of focusing on the game yourself will.

No, it would not be okay for someone to behave like this if you were winning and everything was going well. It's also not okay for you to act like this when things aren't going well.

You violated the rules. It doesn't matter you were doing so to try to "mediate" toxicity. It matters that you violated the rules. It further does not matter this is the only game you're shown - it's likely given the attitude you've displayed here and the fact you think this is okay that you have behaved poorly in other games, even if those were not displayed in your reform card. Regardless, toxicity is never okay in League, and you can be punished for as little as one instance.

Support Your Team- I didnt give up and played the game despite facing a fed draven after kaisa walked under tower a few times

Drive Constructive Feedback- you int in my game and ill report u take my role in champ select ill report

Facilitate Civil Discussion - I didnt swear I didnt rage, in fact I replied to this with seemingly logical statements.

Enjoy Yourself, but not at Anyone Else's Expense- WOW INTERESTING how I had my role stolen and i was forced into this unfun experience, I still tried though.

Build Relationships - I even praised the enemy Illaoi's new skin.

Show Humility in Victory, and Grace in Defeat - We were being destroyed and I was still nice, and still said GGWP and said nice i got exp.

Be Resolute, not Indignant - I didnt intentionally feed, and still fought with my team in an unfair game.

Leave No Newbie Behind! - I was called foolish for being new and thinking that If I reported this player they wouldnt be banned for trolling, AND THEY WERE RIGHT.

Lead by Example - I think despite the odds I've faced this game, still trying and still playing to win is quite the example to give.

I encourage you to read the rules. They do not only apply to gameplay, but to your chat as well.

You mention a lot of gameplay, but you refuse to acknowledge you were not punished for your gameplay, but your chat. I explained how each of the violated rules was violated by your chat. It does not matter if some parts of your chat were in line with the rules. The vast majority of it was violating at least one and usually more of the rules, in the ways I've mentioned.

It's really hard to follow rules when you can say I'm not following them and I believe I clearly am. This seems to be so obnoxiously non- black and white, and goes to show the bad rap this community has about punishing the most miniscule chat violations while letting trolls and intentional feeders go unnoticed?

If a full game analysis of this was given including full chat logs, I'm sure it would be much more clear. Especially when many people were acknowledging the fact that this kaisa was solely ruining the game.

Everyone who plays the game encounters the same stimulus. Some responses are against the rules.

When you sign up for an account you agree with Riot to behave in a certain manner while on their servers. When someone else breaks their agreement with Riot, it does not invalidate your own agreement. No matter what is going on in the game, you are held to the same standard that you agreed to.

Trolls and intentional feeders are punished. But we aren't talking about them. You asked about your punishment, and you're being told that no matter how they acted, it doesn't make how you acted okay.

Would it be okay then? No, it wouldn't. It's not okay to harass, abuse, insult, and threaten others in chat.

Since it's not okay in a game going well, it's not okay at all. The situation does not change things (Rule 6). You do not suddenly get to be toxic if you want just because someone else is playing bad, trolling, flaming, inting, etc.
