Is it me, or are people being banned for "3rd party programs/scripts" when not at fault?

Along with many others, my account has been permanently suspended for "3rd party programs/scripting" when I know I clearly did not do such things. Most of you must feel the same way, as I have seen many people have this same problem. So I decided to make a ticket for their support page. There was no justification in the reply, just a simple copy/paste answer:

Hello Dilthethrill,

Your account has been permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. Regardless of intent, use of unauthorized third-party programs is explicitly against the Terms of Use, which can be found here:

Keep in mind that account sharing of any kind is also against the Terms of Use. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so be sure to keep your account information to yourself.

We won't be able to go into the specifics of an account's exploit abuse, as divulging this information could compromise future investigations. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

This didn't help me at all, I couldn't even get them to give me a straight up response. After this I decided to make a second ticket, while being more descriptive of my situation. I eventually got a reply that was more helpful:

We have a Player Behavior team in place dedicated to working with these requests, so I need to transfer your ticket. A Player Behavior Specialist will be contacting you as soon as they can.

Please keep in mind that we respond to tickets in the order we receive them, so ‘bumping’ your ticket by sending us additional messages will send it to the back of our queue. This might inadvertently delay our response :(

There is hope for people who had their account banned on false accusations, I guess you just have to "trust the process". Ill post my eventual fate of my account when I get an update.

I think it's more along the lines that people who are scripting and using third party programs are upset they get caught, and kids these days are so used to lying about everything in order to get handouts so they just lie some more on these boards.

If you get banned, you know why. Stop acting like you are innocent.

Hey dude... So I am at the exact same stage right now in the emails thing.. I did something funny though... I made a new account and played ONE blind pick c: BUT I RECORDED IT!!!!! Now I have a video recording of me playing this game on this account AND NOW THAT ACCOUNT IS BANNED I don't know what is on my computer that is setting this off!!! It's really bullshit...

ALSO LMAO PLAYER SUPPORT IS FUCKING BULLSHITTTT I GOT THE SAME REPLIES MYSELF WORD FOR WORD. That's kinda hilarious... "Player Support"
