Got a Warning for unsportsmanlike conduct

I opened up the client. Last few games were chill games, Friends, Aram, Ascension and so on. Then, after leaving for a few hours and returning home, I opened up the game and got a warning. I dismissed it cause I thought it was that one about "An error occured yada yada yada" but when I clicked "OK" I caught a glipse of the words "Unsportsmanlike Conduct". Text was 2 Paragraphs long.... Was that a warning or a Notification that someone got banned cause of my report? It being a warning because I never flame nor even as much as talk in the game (Save for communication as: Help, thanks, no problem, ganking etc, nothing personal whatsoever) Also, general Enlightenment on the reports Section, how they work And also general"bring the tribunal back" thread
