Temp banned, can Riot email me my chat log
I would like to improve on my behavior, I would be super appreciative if you could send me my chat logs for why I was banned.

Your account was a bit of an odd case that came to us after some manual review. What we found is that you and a group of friends would queue up for ranked matches and then intentionally surrender them despite actually being clearly in the lead.
We've seen this before a few times and we generally don't have a problem with a full pre-made doing this as it's their own LP and MMR at stake. However, the two instances that brought it to our attention were times where you were a pre-made of 4 with a solo player on your team.
These players were not bought into the novelty of surrendering a guaranteed win and didn't appreciate being forced into the joke against their will at the sacrifice of their own MMR and in one case leading to a player's demotion
Please keep in mind for the future that as a group of 5 on the same team you're free to troll each other as you see fit (assuming you're good friends and everyone is fine with it). But when you play with strangers you'll be held at a higher standard then that of just playing with people you know.
If you were banned by the Instant Feedback System you should've been presented with a reform card in-client which has 1-3 chat logs, and also one sent to your email. Make sure your email is verified by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings. Also check your spam folder and ensure Riot Games is whitelisted.
If you were banned manually then no reform card is generated, and you can submit a Support Ticket to get more information. You can submit a ticket as well if the IFS didn't send you an email.
Also, please scrub your email address from this post. It is one of your layers of account security.

im still waiting on an email from riot explaining my ban as well. day 2.
Weellll, first I would remove the email. (It might be against the rules) Second, if it's a 14-day ban, you've likely had several warning up till now and you know what you're being punished for.
Also you guys were right about the email, I just got an obvious fake email from some email listing as "[email protected]"
Very poor morality causing some kid to get demoted like that. I'd like to see this escalated to perma, especially since he tried to be clever and ask for his chat logs where he doesn't say anything to be sneaky.
