First Ban was 14 day suspension (no chat restrictions where taken prior)

Wendesday 6/14/2017 I was banned for Toxic Behavior, while I am fully aware of what I have done, and that is 100% wrong, I would like to defend myself by bringing up a few points. First off, this was my first ever offence, I have never been chat banned before, and a moderator stated in a thread that i read earlier saying that multiple steps are taking prior to the 14 day ban:

"Punishments are done in a 4-step escalating system;

-10 game chat restriction -25 game chat restriction -14 day account ban -Permanent account ban."

Second point: I didn't instigate the argument, I played blind with a couple of buddies and chose "top" in chat, another player chose top moments after I did, I told him in the nicest way possible that I chose 1st. He responded with "no you f*cking idiot I did" I remained calm and simply asked him to scroll up a bit so he can check. He then said "fine 2 top." Then I got a bit agitated and replied with "no man, please don't go top, I chose it 1st. I don't want to report you." Then the chat was cut off and I was loaded into the game, The moment it started the chat box on the bottom left corner caught my eye, it read "please report Shen for toxicity and instalocking" 2 people replied with "ok." Then I was mad, I said "no, I didn't do anything, I chose top 1st and now hes mad." My stubborn self didn't want to give it to him seeing how rude and obnoxious he was being, I went top, so did he. He then said "Fine I feed," he went up to the enemy and was killed. About 5 minutes later he says in chat that I was feeding. I snapped, I lost it at that point , I started typing in all caps insulting him, then he started insulting me in a language I wasn't familiar with, I asked him, "what language are you cursing me in." He replied with Polish. Now I don't want to get into details but at this point I noticed unfamiliar words flying around with language mixed in such as "Shen" "Noob" "Feed." Trash talk is a universal language, and it made me more mad knowing that he was insulting me and I didn't have a clue what he was saying. This is where I get racist... I was mad, and I don't only feel shame, but serious regret about my behavior, I didn't know how else to approach the situation, so I resorted to one of the most shunned things that can be said. I don't want to get into detail, I know what I did wrong, and I accept a punishment. But I do love this game and the community, and while I do have an ugly side, I learned my lesson. The last thing I want is a permanent ban, and I'm one step away. Like I said above and I will say it one more time, racism is wrong, I have been affected by it personally and remembered how isolated and terrible i felt, and in the heat of the moment I forgot all about that feeling. I am gravely sorry for any pain I have caused anyone by the harsh words I spoke. But if a moderator see it just to reduce the punishment, please consider it. I was never chat restricted, so I feel the punishment is a bit harsh.
