So I'd like to talk about something I'm sure every player has faced and that's trolls. Not all trolls make League unbearable, but in a ranked game it can be toxic and tilting AF. I've contacted Rito several times about this however they say there is nothing they can do but look into it. Why can't they help out the players who don't deserve to have LP stripped from them because of AFK or someone intl? I've asked and Rito says that it would cause players to intentionally throw if they gave back LP to those who had lost... I'm sorry Rito but I don't think you understood my proposition. What I'm proposing is a system in which if reported and found guilty of an AFK more than 10 min into a match LP should not be lost from the losing side. How do you prevent players from intentionally throwing bad games to save LP??? Idk how about it only counts for AFK? Make it to where you have to submit the request to Rito online like you already do? These are simple things and lets be honest it's not like everyone submits a report online, most just do it in game. But I'm talking about online submissions when proven worthy players should have LP restored from a troll that threw the match. Thoughts? Questions?

This would cause people, during a losing match, to pick a sacrifice to berate until they left. Promoting verbal abuse isn't a good thing.

This would cause LP inflation. I'm sure that diamond doesn't want even more people who don't belong at that rank dragging down whatever team they're on.

This would cause premades to have one abandon the match when losing to prevent the LP loss of their friends. I don't want to encourage anyone to leave a match, since throws do happen.

Also, if you never AFK or troll, your team has 4 slots for trolls and the opposing team has 5 slots for trolls. Under the current system you gain more wins than losses from trolls in your games.

I don't care about the LP. I just want people to work together.

I understand what you're saying. Makes sense... except for the last part, I doubt very highly that theres any statistic showing that if you have a player AFK you're more likely to win than lose.
