Fixing the rage issues.

Why has RIOT not implemented a tool where you can vote to remove player in champ select("Go tanky or I'll feed" ect,). The ranking system is set up to cause the saltiest of situations. If you made the elo points raise or fall based on performance of that player not the outcome of the match then there would be less rage about failing lanes. As it is all it takes is 1-2 people failing there roles and the games is lost and the whole team suffers. All that really has to be done is reset the elo and use the grading system as the elo points guide.

Because of the very real chance that it will be abused whenever someone wanted to play something that's a little off the norm.

I feel like they will implement something (like a vote dodge) once the new client is running.
