I got Chat Banned for this? So what exactly can you say on league without getting banned?

So okay first game that ryze was flaming me hard saying Bot lane was bronze 5 since like minute 1 without us even saying anything, yet he plays bad as hell but keeps of blaming people and I get banned for answering back? On the third game c mon man!! are you serious? I didn't even insulted anyone and that is banable? So what can I say to someone making mistake without getting banned? I mean i literally just pointed out that he was losing his lane as much as we were that is a motive to get banned? I know there are minors playing but if they can't take someone pointing out their mistake without even trying to offend when they were the ones offending on the first place they shouldn't be even on the internet. Also since that Ryze was the first one to start being very very toxic in the chat I want him to get banned as well, at the very least if you are going to ban someone on an argument you should give confirmation to the other end that the person got banned as well to be fair. The I blame jungler was a joke tho as you can tell by the entire text I wasn't even serious -.-
