I sent this to riot. Needless to say they didn't respond. Great customer service you have!

"Oh so I'm the one who gets punished? Because I complain about being trolled? Please go back and actually watch this game, and tell me I shouldn't have complained. For an online game, why is Riot the only company that caters to the cry baby children who play this game? I don't see other online games like WoW, Dota, or Elder Scrolls babying their players. It's an online game for a reason, where is my freedom of speech? You made a mute button for a reason, if they can't handle being told the truth, then THEY should mute me. So tell me this, if my teammate thresh and xin are flashing on me for no reason and throwing their spells at me (after intentionally feeding), is that not considered trolling? You can't just mute that. You can't unsee those things either. As a long time supporter and lover of this game, can you PLEASE STOP CATERING TO BABIES. I got a 25 game chat restriction for 1 game WHERE THEY TROLLED ME. And god forbid I complain about it using my only means, TYPING. So now I am sending this to you.. If I wasn't trying to go pro, I would have stopped playing this game a long time ago because of the weak/intolerable community this game has bred. Self-entitled, babies who reach for a tissue and you KEEP SUPPLYING THEM WITH MORE. Get rid of the tribunal system, emphasize the mute button, and balance the MMR in normals please. I am D5 so why am i being paired with golds and silvers who I should never have to play with! I have earned that much. "

Yes I realize this is angry, but trust me it's been bottled up for a long time. Don't tell me to calm down. Just read it and embrace it. No this is not my diamond account. I don't really think i need to give riot more reasons to punish me so I'll put this on my smurf. If you aren't diamond, don't bother commentating; I'm not being elitist, I just don't think you really understand how this feels if you haven't been in my shoes. For those who have though, what are your thoughts? Am I too far off a realistic goal? Will they continue to cater to babies? Probably. But to hell if I'm not going to be loud af about it. We all have a right to complain. There's a mute button, right riot? If that magic button is there then every problem is solved!

Freedom of speech doesn't give you freedom from the consequences of your speech. Riot has rules about how you can behave while playing their game. If you break those rules, expect consequences.

Complaining about trolls doesn't stop them from trolling. If anything, it makes the experience worse for the other 0-3 players and the troll(s) get exactly what they want.

Retaliation is as equally punishable to trolling in Riot's eyes.

Imagine you're playing a friendly yet competitive board game at a local tournament.

Player 1 decides to tell another "lol you fucking suck %%%%%".

Nobody wants him there if he's going to act like that so Players 2 and 3 report his behavior and he's given a warning by the staff. If he acts like that twice more he'll get kicked out.

In the next game Player 1 does it again, but this time Player A decides to punish him in his own way and flips the table and the two start a screaming match.

Good job Player A. Player 1 was already on his way to getting punished, but you decided to make it worse for everyone including yourself. Player 1's punishment has not changed, but you ruined a match more than it already was (if it was at all) and made an ass of yourself.

  1. You have no proof you're diamond.
  2. Diamond V isn't shit. Your elitist attitude is immature and invalid.
  3. The fact that you can't comprehend why it's wrong to retaliate the way you do shows a lack of common sense and understanding of how rules work. You agreed to riots rules when you made your fake diamond account. Therefore if you break them, you will be punished.

A real world example of this was when I was young (middle school age) and I played in a youth basketball league. There was a kid on one of the teams that was "toxic." He would curse at other players, talk back yo the refs (who were volunteers by the way) and at one point shoved a team mate to the ground for not passing him the ball. This is exactly what you are doing. He and his parents were banned from the league after several warnings. This is how riot and the community views you as well. You make the experience for other players worse due to your actions.

If you've ever signed up for anything then you agree to their rules. That's how the world works kiddo. You've got a lot or growing up to do. Hopefully when you get out of middle school you wont get your ass handed to you by society.

Keep down voting my post. Feel free! I know none of you are the caliber players I was even addressing. You're the other half, the ones that troll, feed and make this game worse for me. Now you're agreeing with all the other shitters that I'm forced to play with :) You ARE THE BABIES RIOT IS CATERING TO. I noticed NOT ONE OF YOU is diamond, but hell go ahead and respond to it anyway your points are invalid b/c you don't understand what it's like to be on the OTHER side. You're the type of people, I have to carry. This game isn't about being kind to others (nobody would buy that game) , its about having fun and winning. You know what makes winning hard? Bad players, trolls, and feeders. Having a positive attitude is sure to win you the game :D :D :D sarcasm level 10. It's about skill. And trust me, when players are good, its easy to tell. Sure people make mistakes sometimes, but good players can tell the bad from the good pretty easily. And I would never rage at someone who refuses to give up, and plays using their head.
