Unnecesary Penalty

So I got this penalty for afk which I wasnt, my computer stopped while in the game and couldnt do anything. I even restarted my laptop to recconect with the game and they still gave me a leavebuster worse for 20mins! Even if I came back. Riot if you wanna give leavebusters give them to the ones who actually left the game and never come back that was just unfair.
