Permanently Banned with no reason or previous warning

Basically yesterday I was permanently banned from league, I tried logging in to be given the message "This account has been permanently suspended. Please check the email associated with this account for addition details"

The thing is, I never got an email. I have never gotten a 2 week ban and I have never gotten the 25-day chat restriction, this game means a lot to me even if I don't want to admit that, I'm not going to lie and say I have never flamed someone in the 2 years I have been playing this game, everyone gets mad and every flames from time to time, I just want why I didn't get a warning and is there anyway I can get a different punishment instead of permanent.

Try logging in again to see if it gives you chat logs. If it doesn't, contact support because your account may have been compromised and they are securing it by locking it down.

Cant log in at all, when I try it just gives me the ban message on the client but doesn't log me in

Then you need to go here and send a message to support to ask about it.

log in do you get chatlogs? if not the only thing i might now is scripter didnt pay your money for rp so its banned just for now someone else logged into it and did bad stuff.

It doesn't let me log in at all edit: I have never charged back rp nor have I ever downloaded scripts

if you cant login it surely isnt a permaban for flame. just message the support (message the na support, they are quicker than euw in my opinion, just mention that you are from euw or it might take longer) and pls let me know whats the cause, i really wonder.

Like I said above, I'm not going to try bullshit anyone, I have flamed its just I never got a 2 week or a 25 day chat restriction so I didn't think that I would get a perma ban as my first punishment
