Should be able to report trolling

I understand League of Legend's policy of no griefing and trying to reduce the toxicity for the game, but I think Riot is making a huge mistake in not allowing for the report of trolls, especially in ranked games. I played a game where I got chat restricted and the only reason was because I was basically telling these trolls to fuc*ing farm. I had nasus with 90 farm at 30 minutes IN A RANKED GAME mocking me saying i'm dumb for telling him to farm and this is why I will always be low elo. I had a heimerdinger support with smite roaming the entire map giving up free kills and stealing farm absolutely ignoring team fights and also trash talking me. The heimerdinger spouting nonsense the entire team and repeatedly saying how baked he was and how fun it was. The entire enemy team also reported me just because i was outplaying them, mocking me and saying "if all 9 of us report we can get him banned haha." Of course the 2 trolls in my game nasus and heimerdinger egged them on saying i was being toxic and to report me. The enemy team ignorant to how hard nasus and heimer are trying to throw (obviously) and were mad that I was doing good (ended up 20/9) somehow won. Saying I was inting because I would double kill the carry and mid laner and just stand still when garen executed me after I was low health (did it because i knew i was dead.Really unfair that im trying to climb and I have all these trolls in my game and when I try to carry I'm the one that ends up with a penalty and these trolls that are ruining the game get off scotch free.

... Who said you can't report for trolling?

You can, there is an option for that, (int feeding, or griefing).

Yet as you experienced they only punish flamers and do not care about inting/trolling, so it's practically useless. (Just like long time ago the "refusing to communicate" option, I feel like this Griefing report is the same placebo as that was.)
