Separate LeaverBuster for Remake vs AFK

I know everyone says "GET BETTER INTERNET" so to get that out of the way, I have great internet and both of my remakes came at a time where my internet had no issues. Back in 2014-2015 I would afk/rage quit a decent amount in bronze 5. Since then however I have played out every game.

5/20/17 - I failed to connect to loading screen and was not able to close, relaunch and reload in time thanks to the absurdly short reload and my patience in waiting to see if it would start loading before I realized the firewall error occurred. - I received no punishment. 5/27/17 - Same situation only I recognize the error immediately and begin to relaunch but still no luck in getting in before remake. - 20 minute queue for 5 games. ^^^^Are you kidding me^^^^

My teammates lost 5 minutes of their game time because of an unfortunate accident, it is not as if I didn't want to play, I was looking forward to the game myself. I lose 100 minutes of my already limited playtime because of it???

/remake should still give you a penalty because sure there is no way to identify if you just pulled your router plug because of team comp. However I feel leaverbuster for getting a remade game should never exceed 5 minutes or if it happens suspiciously often, 10 minutes.

Let the actual "I afk'd in game" people work their way up to 20 low priority queue times but for myself who doesn't have a single "afk after the game starts" this punishment system is almost enough to make me go play Dota 2.

So, you don't get 20 minutes low priority queue based off of 2 games, but due to a history of this happening. I would submitting a support ticket or making a post in the help&support forum.

Your teammates did not lose only 5 minutes of their game time. Their was time lost in queue, champion banning and selection, load time, and 3 minutes until remake. That more than likely exceeds 5 minutes, and probably reaches up to 20 minutes, depending on rank.

I spent just as much time as them in champ select, my queue time was exactly as predicted with mid priority and getting filled to jungle. Silver has short waits.

It feels like I'm being overly punished as 40 year old man for a crime I committed when I was 15. My "afk or leaving" a game history should have gone down as I was given a notice saying my account standing has improved. Two disconnects out of 100 games and I was back to 20 minute queues is the problem, I didn't even get to start back at waiting 5 minutes which would have been far less infuriating.
