Basically i have screen shots of people wishing death upon me and saying hed shoot me up if i lived in his area from post game chat, does anyone know where a good place to report this to is, cause from my knowledge the reports in game dont read post game chat.
Had a couple accounts banned never for pregame lobby messaging. Over the span of 4 years.
Riot can read them, you just mention the toxicity is on post game chat and it will be manually reviewed.

Just in the same spot, but comment in your post-game report about the pre-game or post-game lobby.
alot of people think riot can not read pre or post game chat, which is wrong, they can because the chat goes through the server thus they made a rule to extract the messages,
for friend conversations they have the abilty to do that as well, but they will not ban because of it even if the person says the most toxic things in them because since you freinded them you let them in
File a support ticket if you didn't report them in the end game screen(s) already and include said screenshots.
