Unfair permabann

I was discussing with someone but it wasn't anything serious it was about the Mac Donalds but then. i had to go so i left the game and suddenly next day open up my client to get mastery 7 lee sin and it said: "your account has been permanently banned" i have never been banned before so isn't this a bit ruid like it was my only account and i was trying to get into bronze and now i think ill jsut make a new account but can you guys maybe fiz this or something and just give me a 14 day suspension i had a friend who go a 14 day suspension and after that another one. Why do i get instant permabann?

It is possible that somebody compromised your account, sometimes this happens and Riot will lock the account in this manner to prevent them from misusing it. If this is the case then all you need to do is contact Riot support and prove that you are the owner of your account and they will unlock it for you again.
If you're lying about your lack of prior punishments and only pretending to be innocent then posting about it here on the boards will not help. Either you will get lots of attention and Riot will notice and reveal that you lied or people will see through the lie and downvote your post to hell and Riot won't even notice.
Other cases of instant bans usually involve cheating. So if your account wasn't compromised and you really were never toxic, then I have little sympathy for you. Cheaters and scripters get no sympathy here.

Edit: The boards users will not be able to properly discern whether or not your ban was justified unless you provide your chat logs or other information about what the message said to you when you logged into league and discovered that you were banned.

tldr; provide your chat logs or we can't help you.

Did it give you a chat log of what you said? If not, you probably have an account issue: someone else logging in, credit card mayhem, etc. And if you do have an account issue, check your email and contact support.
