I've been playing since season 2 and been a bumpy ride in bronze. I've AFK'd a hand full of times for reason from kids waking up crying to full on poonami's. If you have a kid you know what that means. but ive always came back and apologized. I know its a pain in the ass for everyone when it happens, can even ruin the game, so I understand why lower queues are handed out. My first punishment happened over a couple of months ago when my game wouldn't load then just crashed. By the time I got it rebooted the game had ended by vote and I was giving the lower queue punishment. No big deal, shit happens. I tried to fix the problem and it seem to work just fine. Then a week ago my game was taking a forever to load, like 5 minutes, and the same thing happened. Game got voted to dodge and I got anther lower queue punishment. This time I asked help from support and they did give me a solution that might help and told me if it didnt help then get back to them. So now I have to sit 10 minutes before i can even start looking for a game, I just don't see the point. If I happens again then ill have a 20 minute wait.

I've dealt with the most toxic of players (mute was my best friend) Ive dealt with feeders (never gonna let them get me down) and the one thing that will make me stop playing.... is riot's lower queue punishment.

Thanks for the years of fun riot.

Ill still be watching the LCS (go tsm)

"I frequently leave and ruin the game for many players. Riot punished me for it so I quit, bye."

Makes perfect sense.

The reason for you leaving games is absolutely irrelevant. For the other 9 players it doesn't matter if your baby shit itself or if you're angry and left out of spite. End result is the same.
