Hey guys, last game I got a Yasuo main as supp on my lane. In champ select he instalocked and said 'I'm retarded' and spammed it a lot. In game I told him to don't touch minions, he touched them (I said okay).. then he took my cs intentionatly ( He said that he is going to take my cs and my kills because he is retarded). He tilted me as fuck. He took the cs and called me retarded for saying that he is pushing ( I told him to don't push -Enemy jungler could've gank us)... He was touching the cs so he was pushing.. but he called me retarded and he said that he isn't... (Anyways) Then he was racist and kept flaming me (I just called him retarded -He said that he is-) . After the game he reported me for 'toxicity' while I once flamed him... while I reported him and he didn't get punished for racism,troll and toxicity. I'm banned for 14 days and that's the first time I got reported. May I please get my account unbanned? I was only level 29-almost 30 and I want to play with my friends this great game. Anyways, have a nice day guys

If you got a 14 day as first punishment you may have indulged in hate speech or encouraging self harm. If you post chat logs we can discuss.

If he has a record or it he will most likely face punishment, but it may be a chat restriction at worse since play wise he didn't do anything against the rules. If he was racists then he will probably be punished.

this is an example of one of those "don't repeat what they said" or "don't do what they do". the bots can't tell or understand that you were calling him that because he called himself that (also still a negative term and very few people with disabilities would call themselves that unless on the high functioning end of the spectrum and ignorant, of which i know at least 3).

i would submit a ticket but odds are the ban will stick, sorry about that.

also you don't always see if the person gets punished and sometimes it takes awhile too.

It doesn't sound like you'll get your account back, but it doesn't hurt to try. Submit a support ticket and see what happens. You can also post your chat logs given to you when you relog into the client. I'll say that you shouldn't have repeated anything this player said. It sounded like he was intentionally making this game terrible for you. Just because you didn't get the notification doesn't mean he wasn't punished.
