this is ridiculous.

and thats it. you can literally be banned for saying 1 phrase. HOW IS THAT OK? and i actually remember this game, i was split pushing for most of it. my team did not like this and thus reported me for "verbal abuse" when they werent REALLY offended, they just wanted me banned because i did not, in their eyes, 'co-operate' with them.

The term, "kys" or "kill yourself" are both terms that you should NEVER use in a game. I don't care how tilted you are, how mad you are, how sad you are. Whatever. Never use the term. Ever.

It's because telling someone to kill themselves is wrong on multiple levels and frowned upon in this community. Due to its severity, It results in an escalated punishment (instant 14-day account suspension).

There are many ways to express your objections and disapproval; telling someone to end their life isn't one of them.

Thats one of the "zero tolerance" words/phrases. Saying it under any circumstance will get you banned.

The reason is because if the person is suffering from depression (even if in this case they were not), and is already having thoughts of hurting themselves, getting confirmation from another person, even online, even as a competitive insult, might be the thing that puts them over the edge, and that's not ok.

Because it's a zero-tolerance phrase, meaning there is no tolerance for it at all.

What good did it do, you telling them to ''kill themselves''? Let's think it this way. You play basketball in a team, and someone plays poorly. You tell the dude to kill himself. Do you think you get away with that without any consequences? No you don't.
