I'm not so sure, the percievance of authority/power for 13 y.o kids will never work out well.. Hence the OMG reportet thing getting out of hand since its inception, how to not get caught but still troll the crap out of everyone? Oh I dunno.. ehhh... don't type?

On top of that, there are a myriad of ways they could fix toxicity that don't involve police state tactics meets better not be naughty to eachother. From the many issues I have with the system, the why even try is on the top. Above all it's just so incredibly naive, the poorly thought out and implemented is a close second though.

I totally agree with you. You can't try to stop toxicity and then allow new accounts to be made for free.

Yeah i just got two accounts and hop over when the chat restrivtions get too high. Some dude goes afk after 10 min in my final promo match, the guys going to get an earfull.

How many players are on twitch? 200? Maybe even 600? World wide, maybe in the ten thousands? It's still in the single digit percentages, even if. And you are generalizing, so how many of those twitch players are really toxic ALL the time? 10%? Even 50%?

Yea, it's not a big a deal as you are making. Also twitch players do things to keep people coming, often shouting obscenities into their stream. It made Tyler1 some cash, why not do it too?
