Too bad Riot can't ban accounts as fast as Hillary deletes 30K emails.
I've been banned on my 2nd account. I now have a 3rd account to supplement my 1st(main) account and I may make a 4th account just to have another.
I totally agree with you. You can't try to stop toxicity and then allow new accounts to be made for free.

How many players are on twitch? 200? Maybe even 600? World wide, maybe in the ten thousands? It's still in the single digit percentages, even if. And you are generalizing, so how many of those twitch players are really toxic ALL the time? 10%? Even 50%?
Yea, it's not a big a deal as you are making. Also twitch players do things to keep people coming, often shouting obscenities into their stream. It made Tyler1 some cash, why not do it too?
