unPermaBan my friend pls

Riot can u please help my friend? My friend get PERMABAN for nothing, the players who ban him (idk. who) think he has scripts, but he don´t has any scripts or hacks or anything, can u unperma ban hes acc? If yes, hes name is - loloper123 . He is only good in game, yes he is sometimes nerovus like every1 in game but I wanna to do him surprise. Please help me if u are good peoples. :)

Nobody on the boards can help him. The only suggestion I have is to have him (not you) send in a ticket to Player Support. Bans for third-party software, however, are usually pretty accurate.

They wont unban an account thats involved in any sort of scripting. Tell your "friend" his account his gone. Sorry dude.
