I had a 10 game chat restriction, which I learned from!...300 games later, got another 10 game chat restriction for two games, and one of which is obviously not reportable. I'd like some feedback!

Side note, when I said "god damn, he's retarded" I mean the other teams jungler, xin. I was destroying him. This was not in /all. To my knowledge, fiddle was actually inting. He'd ult into 5 while we weren't even close to him. In high plat, that's 100% inting. The first game I can understand because I was a little aggressive towards kayle after she and leona flamed me, but one game? The next game I got kayle as my top, and I apologized and camped him. He played Jax, me udyr, and we won! He made an epic backdoor and won the game singlehandedly. I don't believe I should've gotten punished for these two games, especially the second one. Can anyone give me advice to not let this happen in the future??
