Autofill Trolls

Riot introduced the autofill mechanic into all drafts in an attempt to lower queue times, and everyone can be autofilled. The problem is how poorly people act when they get autofilled. I've lost count of how many ranked games my support says nothing in champ select, picks something like LeeSin and builds full ad. Or worse, they start to run it down mid or bot. There should be some form of punishment for something like this. Yes there is intentional feeding report, but they don't always int and often times not having someone that wards/clears wards and has some form of utility is the reason you lose a game.

Or he person who got autofilled could ask to swap roles. I personally dont mind playing the occasional support game when mage supports like Zyra, Malzahar, Karma and even Velkoz are options. Worst comes to it, just dodge if you get autofilled. High elo players/streamers do all of these, but you don't see them troll just because they didn't get the role they wanted. 6 minute wait isn't brutal, and you don't ruin the game for 4 other people. Not to mention you don't lose your own lp and since you cant be autofilled during series, that's not a worry.

I gave a suggestion a few days back,

{quoted}

In light of the possible abuse a vote-kick or vote-remake could cause, I think adding an actual dodge button with additional features would be better.

When someone wants to dodge, they would click this button to leave the lobby. Before the lobby closes, give the dodger a prompt asking them why they dodged, similar to the report prompt. Give them reasonable options such as, "Something came up and I don't think I could finish the game" and "I didn't feel like the match would work out in our favor" as well as reporting options like, "Player was threatening to feed" or "Player stole someone's role".

Although only one person would be able to send in a report it would be better than our system that forces people to suffer through the game before reporting. it would also eliminate the hassle of launching the game back up when dodging tactically.

And it looks like Riot was thinking along the same lines;

In a recent "Ask Riot", they talk about it a little. http://nexus.leagueoflegends.com/2017/02/ask-riot-where-is-butchers-bridge/

It looks like they may be including a questionnaire type deal for those who dodge, so that they can say why they dodged.

I'm confused -- are you complaining about someone running down mid and feeding or someone not playing support the way you would like the role to be played? One is actually reportable the other is not.
