Leaverbuster Change Proposal

As someone who has gotten my fair share of leaver buster games i know that constant afk/leaving the game needs to be punished. But the Leaverbuster system isnt the best solution in my opinion. Here is a list why... (Ps. Scroll to the TL:DR at the bottom if you want simple version)

1. I love playing league. But my internet is a little wonky at times. So whenever my internet does work i wanna head straight into the rift. But alas my internet has failed me and i now have 20min queue times. So now i have to hope my internet works a whole extra 20mins so that i dont afk part of the game and get reported.
2. Sometimes life gets in the way. I usually plan about an hour of time to be safe when i want to play league because as a minor i dont make my schedule my parents do. So when my parents come downstairs and tell me i have to do something right this minute i have to listen. Then with the 20min queues thats and extra 25mins i have to add to my planing time just in case i accidentally click off queue and have to restart timer. If i wanted to play 3 games a day that would usually tally up to about 2 hours roughly but with leaverbuster that adds another hour minimum and i dont know about most teenagers but its hard to be left alone for 3 hours.
3. Sometimes its riots fault. Now most people always say "well it takes more then one afk to get 20min queue times" and that is true but lets say for any reasons at all you got leaver buster previously now that 1 afk matters and even if its not in the 5 extended queue games if it is close to that time you go right back into leaver buster queues.
4. For me personally a lot of the time NOBODY CARES. Ill afk for a short amount of time come back catch up and win the game or be back to normal. Small afks where your team says dont sweat it still count towards leaverbuster. Ive been 5-0 my parents told me i had to do the dishes right this instant came back 10mins later and went to lane and got a double kill off of my laner and the jgler. I told my team i had to go for a little they played safer untill i came back and we won. But still got leaverbuster.
5. Certain situations should be treated differently. When the 0-10 mid laner flames everyone is super toxic and quits the game they shouldnt recieve the same punishment as when the 10-0 adc helping out his teammates starts to get bad lag and has to restart thier computer and it takes a little bit. Although the first example is someone trying to ruin fellow league players experience and the second one is just a someone trying to fix their game so they dont ruin peoples experience both of them get the same punishment 20min queues.

Now before everyone is like "Oh so we should just let people leave games now" or "It takes multiple times and if you got it you deserve it" and other similar statements from people who are mad when someone afks i dont get me wrong i do still think their should be consequences because i have been in plenty of promos with an afk and no matter what the reason it still blows. So now i have a list of possible tweaks to make leaverbuster more reasonable...

1. Either shorten the wait time or decrease the games. 20 mins for 5 games. Thats kinda ridiculous how about 20mins for 3 games or 5 minutes for 5 games
2. JUST BAN ME. Seriously i would rather be banned for 2 hours (205 plus 20 to make it even) then have to wait in the queue where you cant do anything. Its just a waste of time and usually makes me forget i even queued for a game making me do something else miss my queue and have to restart 20min queue again. I would honestly be fine if this went all the way up to 5 hours for serial offenders.
3. Make it expire. If i dont play league for a week because i know my internet is bad and it finally gets fixed i still have the low priority queue. After a couple days of not playing at the very least the number of games left should start decaying if not completely going away.
4. If you have a 5man queue you should be allowed to play. IF your playing with 5 of your friends who dont care if you afk why does riot? The other team will be happy they get a 4v5. Its a Win Win. Your friends get to play with you. Win. And if you leave the other team has a better chance of winning. Win.
5. If its not ranked the punishment should be a lot less . Losing a norm doesnt change anything. No one loses LP. No one loses their promos. No one gets hurt. The only thing that you can say you "lost" was your time and if so then just ff. Or try to better your skills by playing smarter to win a 4v5.

TL:DR- Leaverbuster is a little too harsh and should be re-adjusted to fit certain situations in a more reasonable manner
