I do get the urge to snap at someone you feel is making bad decisions, is objectively bad, or especially if they are intentionally bad; we all get frustrated, it's just how team games are, and sometimes we express these frustrations in chat in a negative and unconstructive manner. Riot understands this and an occasional outburst is not going to get you punished, let alone permabanned. However, it is still behavior that makes the game worse for the other players (they have to deal with that feeder too, you know), and if you keep doing it regularly it becomes a problem for a lot of people which adds up. In other words, you didn't get perma'd because you called an ADC butthurt, you got perma'd because this is normal behavior for you and you have not stopped despite multiple warnings and being escalated up the lower punishment tiers first.

Unless your behavior is very severe, you get a lot of chances to tone down this sort of behavior; it's when you make it clear to Riot that you don't care about how you're making the game not enjoyable for many other people consistently that they are forced to take more drastic actions and tell you they now longer want you around.

All I can do for you here is help explain how big of a problem this behavior really is in the big picture of things. I hope you are willing to learn from this so you can move forward instead of back, and I'm here to help you do that if you're interested.

Saltily making comments about it on the boards site really isn't helping anyone, I would either make a support ticket if you think it was undeserved or just move on.
