Does RIOT at all care about player behavior?

About every twenty five games I play there is behavior which is cause for at the very least a temporary ban. I always report, usually using all allotted space. I have yet to get a response from RIOT declaring anything has been done. The most recent was a darius that intentionally walked to our tower and let me kill him. 5 minutes later he walked next to me and just stood there. I ignored him, but teammates killed him.

At the end of the game, I reported him and told him as such. His response was "go ahead, nothing will happen". And sadly, I believe he's right. His teammates were resigned to the same.

How about RIOT gives us the option to ban a player from ever queuing on our team once a month. That way the honorable players could filter their teammates at least a little. I'll wait an extra 2-3 minutes to makes sure I don't get poison on my team.

Or how about designating a certain part of the league-playing populace as some sort of "council of the wise", that when they report, RIOT must review the report. I'm sure there are a decent amount of 50 year old professionals that are entrusted with all kinds of grown up stuff that play this game, and could be easily entrusted as a first line of defense.

Look me up RIOT - I volunteer.

The IFS doesn't respond to everyone who reported someone that gets punished. Just because you get no message, does not mean no action is being taken.

Are you sure he was inting or did he just have a bad game and simply told the truth? By the way, Naming and Shaming is not allowed on the boards.

Hi Ulul8r, we don't allow naming and shaming other players on the boards, as per our Universal Rules. Since that wasn't the focus of your post, I've edited out the name and shame part, but please try to avoid doing so in the future.

If Riot didnt care we would never see anyone complaining about their bans. With how the system works only the last person to report them that got the report to be checked by the system and finalize it is the only one who gets the notification. I wish they changed it so that anyone who had reported that person during a certain amount of time got a notification, but as of now thats not how it works.

So with that said like others have said just because you didnt get a notification doesnt mean that they werent punished. And even if they were, they could still be playing since they could have gotten a Chat Restriction. With Intentionally Feeding though its goes straight to a 14 day ban, but thats because the system is lenient when it comes to stuff like that and assumes its a bad game, but if they continue its becomes obvious that its more than just a "bad game".
