Champ Select Team Mate Issues

It has happened to me several times now and I think there needs to be a way to avoid it.

We all pick 2 roles to join Queue. I chose Mid Primary, Top Secondary. every now and again i'll get Mid and the top player will ask me to switch... I usually will because I like those 2 lanes. Every now and again i'll get a Jungle or Support that asked me to switch, which I will usually respond with a NTY, Sorry. and everything is fine.

Then we have the Games where they ask to switch. the answer to them is NTY Sorry. Their answer is "Thats ok, Ima feed on purpose now." Even after trying to reason with them and giving them the lane they want they start arguing with everyone in chat and continue to say they are going to feed. This last one had said that he has been doing this for months...

I had to dodge the game because I can't put up with a game like that. and no one else wants to put up with the Leavebuster timer.

Any way that something can be added to Report a Player like that before the game starts. Possibly a way for team members to vote for a dodge. The Offending member of the team gets the same punishments as you do when you dodge. Either way it should require All Remaining Members that are not queued with them to agree. So if they are duo'd with someone else the remaining 3 can vote against it.

No one should have to deal with a full game like that and I hate having a Leavebuster timer in order not to deal with it.

Never dodge, no matter what: play the game, if they deserve to be reported for something report them for that, ask others to do so too and hope the system will punish them for what they have done. As far as you know he might just be joking about feeding and might even carry the game in the end even if he said he'd feed. People are far too scared to even try, that's why these things happen, you don't know how he'll fare during the match, maybe he's in his promo and is trying to get his main role so he can play better and he won't throw his last promo game like that right? if he does he's just an idiot and will get reported anyway, so you can just go back to whatever you were doing before you met him.

You can also take note of the summoner name and manually report through a support ticket. (Don't post the summoner name on these boards tho. Name and Shame is against the rules, keep it in the support ticket.)
