EUW is so toxic

So I have been an NA player my whole 4+ year career on league, obv because I live in NA, but 2 days ago I decided I wanted to take my 2nd account to EUW to see what the ranked grind is like. I wanted to see the skill of players and how it stacks up compared to NA. I am a Jungle main so this is coming from a jungle perspective.

My initial thoughts in my first 2 placement games were, "hey this is awesome. the elo that i am in reflects my game knowledge. these people know how to play with an advantage or with a disadvantage and how to win games or come back from games". My next 3 games consisted of pure feeding and toxicity from at least 1 if not 2 teammates. One person says this about me before the game even starts when i get auto-filled to support "soraka unranked LOL gg". Said player had no clue how to hit skillshots and fed his butt off.

So I'm 6 games in now and I'm 3-3. I'm thinking that this is gonna be okay. Toxic players are a dime a dozen in NA nowadays so they've gotta be like that here right? FALSE. Over my next 5 games i get flamed by 4 minutes because of the laners poor decision making, poor judgement of fighting, and lack of wave management when begging for a gank. I end up losing the last 4 games of my placements and quickly drop from gold 2 elo to being placed in silver 1 from this blatant toxicity from players that don't understand the game, are unskilled when it comes to hitting skillshots and choosing winning fights/knowing power spikes of champions, and take their inabilities out on the jungler because they can't own up too their own actions.

I am going back to NA. I completely wasted money going to EUW. I cannot believe the amount of toxicity and blatant disregard for teamwork that I am dealing with in GOLD elo. My main on NA right now is Silver 5 and people are friendly and know how to play as a team. EUW needs a reform like you've done with NA. Please make it happen. I want to be able to play in a different region than my own, but I can't enjoy the game, even when losing. when people are that toxic and nothing has been done.

its still holds trur in season 9 , if you dont perma mute all chat on this server youre setting yourself for a tilt-spree thus ruining your mood , euw dogs dont deserve attention , most of them have premitive brains with boosted egos even when they are low elo , for the record i know that im not that good at the game but i do my best etc. the second you ping those dogs about their items or a questionable play they go absolute monkey mental boom and run it down , no mental fortification whatsoever , their mentals weaker than a squishy weasel . but also there are few positive players too but they arent much of them
