Suspended Permanently

I am trying to find out what happened to my account. I played one game since Mid-May, Coop Vs AI, and suddenly find out I am banned when I try playing again five days later. Since I don't play too often anymore, I am only mildly annoyed at being banned, but I find it important to find out the how and why. The only information I've gotten was that I was banned due to the 'Severity of this violation', and this worries me greatly. If someone managed to get into my account and do something with any of the information on my account (Password, Username, Debit Card), I am gonna need to change my information and alert my bank. I think it might be the case that someone might have gotten into my account since the E-Mail says that I was banned due to activity the day after I played. So right now I don't care about recovering the account, but finding out what happened to it.

I have found out that someone had tried to access my Hotmail account and had to reset my password for it.
