Reset Ban

Hello...i just wanna ask what actually is reset ban and how i can do this...i got permabanned in august and im crying since i found a post with this 'reset ban' it actually resets your permabanned account back to level 1 with your champs that you bought and even with the skins and icons but without a border of silver-gold etc.SO...i would like to know...

How to do this... by writting email?
How long it will take

No such thing there use to be a system if memory serves where you could reform by relvling an account to 20 and using it as rito ive changed, but it was easily abused https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us only way to unban accounts is by having the support staff do so
