Hi I have been playing this game for almost three years now and spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on this game. While playing last night everything was ok and when I signed on this morning it says that my account has been banned. Where can I go to talk to someone about my account and why it was banned because i did not get any emails or anything.
Check that the correct email is verified for your account by clicking your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings. If it's correct, check your email's spam folder and make sure Riot Games isn't blacklisted.
When you attempt to log in you should be presented with a reform card if you were punished by the Instant Feedback system. If you still don't get anything, please submit a Support Ticket. If your email was change or your account was otherwise compromised you can start the Account Recovery process.
You should have gotten an email! check it, could also be in the spam folder as well!
