Temp ban not updating?

So on the 8th I was given a pretty well deserved ban (my first ever) for being generally toxic. I want to say it was a 2 week ban?

I'm a little confused though, as of now it's the 20th and it still shows me the log and says I have 14 days left. Am I just permabanned?

I'm really wanting to jump in to the game with a fresh outlook and reform my play, but is that an option any more?

Anyone else have a similar story?
