Good behavior rewarding

This honnor system riot made, once again poorly, is just garbage just like any idea they have. I mean, it progress's so slow, I get honors almost everygame and since I created a new acc to smurf, I got lvl30 with +/- 180 games, allways tried my best, never got punished, was the most honnored player multiple times, and I only got honnor 2 lvl 1...

If you want to use this has a reward for good behavior, like you say it, than make it progress faster... This company is utter shit, seriously...
