Okay guys. So I was having a terrible day once and i was toxic. I got a chat ban and my honor level dropped to 0. I guess i deserved it even if it was a one time thing. Never the less, here I am trying to redress the issue and play good games and be a good teammate only to get reported for nothing. My league client just recently started bugsplatting today, and in two of the three games I played where it happened I got reported for afk and I received a chat ban. Can someone please tell me if this is deserved. Theres no way of fighting these bans so I figured this was my best bet. Its annoying that duos can just decide to report you and if a couple people report you riot just issues penalties without doing any actual detective work. Heres the two game logs:

For the first game, yes. You kept repeatedly calling them bad and dumb. That falls under negative attitude. If it was just once, fine. But you continued doing so and fueling the fire instead of muting them. If they are being toxic, mute them do not fight fire with fire.

If you don't have anything useful to say it's often best just to keep quiet. Insulting other people does not make them play better, and does not force them to focus on the game. By participating in flame, regardless of who started it, you're becoming part of the problem, and so Riot will treat you as such.

This is classic chat ban behavior here, since it's a chat related punishment. AFKing, trolling, and other punishable in game behavior skips the chat bans and goes right for the 14 day ban. Riot takes that stuff far more seriously. For your reference here's a flowchart describing how the punishment system works.
