But Riots System is so bad that even with him saying multiple times "kill yourself" and with all our Reports, even tho we got an "Instant Feedback Report" he didnt recieve a Ban nor Chat Ban.

So its really Questionable if the System works correctly.

As the very next Match the Enemy Team had him and was spaming Racial slurs in Lobby Chat, then ingame continued his behavior (also in post-match lobby). This is the most toxic and racist Person i played with the last 2 Months and Hitler probably would have invited him to a Party.

Well my team wasnt really better to be honest.. i got completly stomped by Zed's Death Mark and with being 0/3 and only 1 Gank i went to do whatever (Match ended with me dying once more so 0/4), meanwhile our Teemo tried to trigger me the whole Time by shittalking me whilest our Varus and Lee ended up with 10 and 11 deaths (But hey thats not inting, if you run into the enemy Varus and just die over and over, thats skill) ..

What are you classifying as a "troll" ?

Personally i think the penalties for queue dodging should be increased .... if you gong to stress out about the match before it even starts ..maybe soloque with random peole isn't for you..
