How is that chat log perma ban worthy?

So i was perma banned a while ago. I made a new account and im already level 27. The problem is, more than half of the games i played since level 1 i was called names in game. I was flamed, verbally abused in over half of the games and i reported every single one of them. I never gotten the message about them being punished. In other games i was defending myself pointing our some guy that he was d4, dont remember why, he prob called out my elo or something. The worst offence was in game 2 where i called someone delusional. I dont even considered this a offence, the guy literally was delusional (he flamed me for his mistakes ) and i tried to point it out and further down and tried to explain to him why. I was on the border between being negative but it is important to note that i never harrased anyone who didnt show high level of toxicity towards me for no apparent reason like in those games. I only argued back with toxic players, tried to reason with them. I never feed, i never intentionally fed nor afked and im at the 0.006% players that deserved to get permanently banned. I refuse to believe that. Yes i was banned previously, my last ban was also for a negative attitudes, and the ones before were for flaming. At the beginning indeed, i flamed people that verbally abused me. I had eye for an eye sort of mentality. But in 2 previous punishments that happened in a pretty wide span of time it was just for arguing with players that flamed me. Meanwhile in every other game im being flamed, trolled, taken hostage in champ select - just pick one. How is that system fair?
