Why would you say anything offensive in the first place? That's kind of the problem, there is no need for you to say anything offensive in the first place so why do it?

You provided no material for a discussion to happen, like atleast provide chatlogs or something.

Yeah the ban system is a bit crappy. Although do keep in mind that other players are still able to read that offensive language even if you aren't directing it to any of them. So try to avoid it. However a 14-day ban for insulting yourself indeed makes no sense. Sorry for your ban :/
