Ok Riot I have a question? I just started playing like 2 weeks ago i had been playing smite for a while now. I was placed bronze 2 and have climbed to silver 4 almost 3 within a week and a half. I had no idea that the community was so hostile!!! I play with my friend and weve been honored soooo many times yet somehow my account got a 14 day ban?? So heres my question for you Riot. If someone is rude to my friend and I and is very rude to our team and our opponents or they feed intentionally and bm everyone im the one who gets in trouble for either standing up for my friend or telling them to afk since they arent helping the team and causing problems?? now i know i havent been the most levelheaded with people but i have done my upmost to be a good teammate and opponent. within the last week i probably got alteast 100 honors yet my account still gets banned for standing up for my friend and calling people out when theyre a detriment to the team per their attitude? i would love to know how Riot allows this type of community to exist. For those of us coming in from other games this is apalling to see. In Smite and Overwatch this isnt a problem but in League its a disease. I will gladly dispute my ban with any representative and even have someone who flamed me all game call me names said i was trash everything now stand behind me because we talked it out and i wasnt hostile or anything and i stood up for my friend. If i can be that kind of person why am i getting banned for sticking up for the fun this game provides when others try to ruin it by being hostile or feeding. I would love an answer to that Riot games .

Counter attacking is not the same as defending your friend. There also is no defense in using homophobic or racial slurs. Same with telling people to harm themselves.

Chatlogs or it didn't happen.

It's simple... all you have to do is read the summoners code. Did you break any of those rules? If so, delete thread. If not, file a support ticket and ask them why you're banned. If they sent you chat logs, you can post them here if you need clarity on what rules you broke or not.

i like how riots posting on other peoples stuff but not mine? like fr i was asking some serious stuff here why cant i get an answer? i even provided chat logs and everything. so i provided proof yet no answer lol. i already accepted my ban but there were other questions when can those get answered? ive reported people who cussed every other word and i never got a feedback report for them. seems this system would be better run by staff than a computer. maybe put some effort into it Riot you'll lose players with stuff like this
