I got perma banned because of a misunderstanding
History of account: I got a 2 week suspension after tilting and being toxic in some games. After coming back I decided to reform, cut out all profanity, and just focus on using the chat to communicate and help my team. I know after you have received a 2 week ban, being perma banned is only a few toxic games away so I try to be as non toxic as possible.
The game I got banned for was a game in which I was adc and my support raka wouldn't heal me. I got frustrated and asked her in chat why she wasnt healing me. She said i was an int feeder and a bad adc. I kept my cool and didnt use any profanity or insults, however I did point out she was butthurt to alert my team that she was possibly an unsportsmanlike player.
Below is word for word what riot said was a perma ban worthy game. This was the only game that apparently got me the ban. What I understand to be questionable is the part where i said "raka is a useless support" but I said that as a statement about the meta and raka as a champion, not the player piloting the champ. I didnt mean that as an insult at all, but in the report ticket it said i used "inflammatory and offensive language", which was not my intention at all. I dont understand why this is worthy of a ban, players can have in game disputes about particular strats. Im convinced this is all a misunderstanding and i hope my account can get unbanned. Should i send in a ticket or is it not worth my time? Im new to the game so im not sure how it works.
