Remove My Low Priority Queues

I was attempting to join a game when a error popped up saying I was missing a .dll file and I had to reinstall Direct X I believe it was called. When I got back I explained it to my team and one person seemed OK with it while the others did not respond. I am not asking for Riot to remove these penalties, I simply want to let Riot know of this incident and ask them if they can remove a player's penalties if a similar incident occurs in the future, with evidence of course.
