Wrongfully banned for third party software

I've never used any third party software and I pretty much duo exclusively with one guy. I've never used scripts, mods, custom skins or anything. It appears my account has been compromised as there are logged games for today and I haven't even opened league of legends in the past 3 days. The first thing i see when i come back is a permanent ban. I have thousands of hours invested in this account and a lot of money spent on skins. I'm very worried i may not be able to get my account back and am also worried i'll just get some sort of automated response to my ticket. Riot PLEASE! help me I do not want to lose my account :(

Edit: I am moving and left my PC at my new house while I went back and got my pet snake and other personal belongings so there is no POSSIBLE way I could've had access to my account. I've even been watching my best friend stream the game while I was away until i got back.

Update: Got in contact with somebody at riot and they lifted the ban. THANK YOU SAI!!!

I think its funny how all these permabans somehow found out that "someone" logged in without their knowledge? and every single bad? :O what coincident! Maybe there is massive security flaw or there is evil villain hacking peoples accounts and doing illegal stuff! :O [sg-ahri-1]

I am legitimately confused, i duo exclusively with my best friend Vladdd(NA) and I come back today to see a a perma ban. I look at my match history and theres ranked games with someone playing lux and MF with barrier, which i have NEVER taken when playing bot with my boy. :/

SEE THIS IS So bad you are clearly innocent! I mean there are tons of ppl having exacly same case, they get permabanned cause SOMEONE logged into their account! How could this be??? I hope it won't happen to me!

sooo i did my research I checked your match history the MF game, both times u were with your said premade friend, xayah game aswell which u said u played. all the time it was due q with your friend even on days where your account was "compromised". So then, the question remains, IS your friend not smart enought to recognise that it's not you playing?

My friends acc name is Vladdd not whoever the other person is. Check all the games before that. Any game where barrier was taken was not me.

To reiterate i have hundreds of games played duo with Vladdd, why would i randomly begin duoing with someone I'd never played with before, and randomly start taking barrier to boot? I also never said I played xayah lmao.

item build on your last tristana game is different than in any other game since u play without changing builds ( hint that is really bad learn to adapt) lucky you logical evidence is on your side. Just contact support

Haha that was something i did at the end of the game when I was dead and the enemy was already destroying nexus, I don't typically troll in my games unless i'm just playing something off meta like anivia jungle as you saw. And no that wasn't what i was banned for it explicitly stated use of third party software. Thank you for coming around though. I'm just hoping to regain access to my account and change the password ASAP.

Maybe there is massive security flaw or there is evil villain hacking peoples accounts and doing illegal stuff! :O [sg-ahri-1] Actually, you can login in other peoples account STILL in past it was way easier to do it when people have not registered their email while now you need to do it ( I'm not sure I think they changed it so you need to register it before you play correct me if I'm wrong) if you don't believe me here is an example that people were doing in the past and got banned for "sharing the account" while they actually lost it to random Idiot that was using apps like this to gain access to the accounts , I think there is one more program that is using similar stuff to gain access to the accounts https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6zTtt7hUg7U

Maybe you are right I'm not defending him nor saying you are wrong I just wanted to make sure in case he really had someone logged in his account that he has no clue who it is to report and change his log in information,[slayer-pantheon-thumbs] that is all
