One day, i was looking through my emails, and I see, Fransjok, your account has been permanently banned for using a 3rd party program. The heck? I don't know what caused this, but i dint use any hacks/scripts. This is stupid. Hours and hours and hundreds of dollars wasted? Seriously?

Jo0o3 votesWell, if you truly didn't use 3rd party programs (or share your account, or get somebody to boost you, etc.), then submit a support ticket. Give as much evidence as possible in the ticket.
HalcyonDweller1 votesAs far as I'm aware, receiving a ban does not stop you from logging in, only from playing. So you should be able to log in to see the reform card if there was a behavior issue.
As others have said, if your account was compromised and Riot detected it then they will have locked the account. This doesn't mean it's gone. Just submit a support ticket and they will help you recover your account.

Friendly Ram1 votessend in a ticket and make a new boards post with the robo response to get an actual person to look at your problem. Know it's annoying but that's how to resolve these type of issues.
