I was perm banned
I am perm banned. I have been decently toxic in some recently game and have had chat restrictions. is there anyway i can appeal this ban???

They don't remove permanent bans unless they did it by mistake or they permanently banned an account in order to protect it from malicious activity. Since you admit you've been toxic and have had chat restrictions before, I don't think the ban was a mistake, so you'll most likely stay banned.
You can appeal it as many times as you want I believe, but if you have a history of toxicity, your chances of having the ban repealed are next to none.
Sadly, no. Riot does not repeal perm bans under any circumstance except if it was accidental and not deserved at all.
I think so but idk. Odds are though unless there is a very good reason or excuse, you will remain permabanned. I have seen ppl get away with a lot, so if ur permabanned there's a good chance its well earned I think.
Permabans issued as a result of toxicity aren't so much for the actual toxicity as they are for an escalation of rule infractions over a short period of time. Unless its for hate speech, which can skip the 10 game/25 game chat restrictions and 14 day suspension and proceed directly to a permanent suspension, most verbal abuse and harassment proceeds through the 4 steps. People are banned permanently because they continue to violate the terms of service without showing any reform.
You can try submitting a ticket to support, but it more than likely will not be overturned. It might simply be easier to start fresh with a new account, and try to learn from this and not make the same mistakes on it.
99% of the time, toxicity bans cannot be appealed.

When it comes to a permanent ban due to verbal abuse there is not much that can be done.
permaban for a verbal abuse shouldn't be a thing imo
to appeal you should file a support ticket, the chances are slim
if you don't succeed if i were you i would consider to chargeback all the spendings for the time span which you bank allows you to chargeback (half a year?), since you can't use the bought content you have all the rights to chargeback it. note, chargeback itself leads to a [perma]ban
p.s. chargeback hurts them more than simply returning you money since it affects their standings with their payment system, even if a tiny bit, so you also can take it as a minor revenge as well as returning your funds (if you spent a noticeable sum)
