Emotes should be mutable.

Players are toxic, it's what ruins the game. I've kept All Chat turned off for almost a year I think and these toxic creatures still find a way to annoy me, and that method is emote spams. People can say "It's just an emote" or "You are exaggerating", but that is beside the point. If I want to have minimal interaction with garbage then I want the possibility to mute their emotes as well, not just their words because spamming laugh as Nunu 24/7 is toxic as fuck.
