Do I get end of season award and honor reward if I was banned before the new honor system came out?

Got banned in April. 14-day suspension. Honor Level 4 atm.

Players with bans or chat restrictions active when the season ends are ineligible for this year’s rewards. Players issued a ban of seven days or more from 8/22/2017 are ineligible for this year’s rewards. Players banned for boosting during the 2017 season remain ineligible for rewards. Players who experience fraud-related or erroneous bans will still be eligible.

I believe so, yes. They said everyone was starting with a clean slate at honor 2 when it released.

Honor has nothing to do with behaviour punishment. Everyone started clean in the honor ladder but this has nothing to do with punishment ladder since every perma banned person should be able to play again with that conclusion.

Yes it does. That's why they started everyone at level 2. If you get a chat ban, you drop to 1. If you get a 14-day, you drop to 0. Your honor becomes "locked" indicated by a lock icon, and you have to just play to get it unlocked before you can actually progress again.

You are misunderstanding something here, TouchFluffy said everyone starts with a clean slate because he meant that everyone got a fresh white page on his accounts behaviour. I just told him that this has nothing to do with the behaviour system since if you were 14 day banned 2 days before the honor system started your 14 day wasn't lifted. You started with honor level 2 after your 14 day ban but your next penalty would be a perma ban.

Your post was correct in the term but not really in the conversation.

No. I'm just clarifying. Just like you clarified that the honor and punishment ladders are unrelated. I am clarifying your blanket statement that "Honor has nothing to do with behavior punishment." The honor reset had nothing to do with the punishment ladder as you pointed out, BUT punishment can affect your honor ladder.
