Sudden Suspension

Iv'e recently logged onto my account on the date of Oct,26th,2016th. Upon writing in my login credentials a popup appeared saying my account has been permanently Suspended. The pop-up also stated to check my e-mail for a reason. There was so e-mail but i'm sure the e-mail probably takes a few days to process so. its just i really dont know the reason for my ban, I'm a quiet and cheerful player, i am not toxic, ive left a few games due to poor internet connection but ive recently been notified by league itself saying that i have improved from that behavior, so im sure that leaving is not the case. Other than that i can't fathom why my account has been banned. Im kind to my teammates and crack the occasion jokes. so unless im being banned for making puns then phreak is also guilty. I am awaiting the e-mail as to why my account has been punished yet again. I was punished a season ago(2 weeks) saying that my account was accused of mmr- boosting but i was not doing that either. Please i know of your strict banning system but i really am an innocent victim. I dont boost im not even a toxic player. I mute the entire enemy team before the game even starts. Please im going to need a thorough explanation, proof, and reason for my suspension ... i know multiple other players who are toxic who boost who rage who rage quit. Its baffles me why somehow my account is the account amongst the bunch that gets punished. I know that somewhere along the lines someone is going to say that its my fault, if thats the case please provide an explanation. Im just looking for answers. :( item 3151

If you don't have an email (check spam folder, too), submit a support ticket and they can give you the information around your ban.

when you attempt to log in, does it give you a year you are permabanned till? If so, what year is it?

Hmm.. one way they detect boosting is looking at your mouse patterns and general behavior in game. Have you been sharing your account at all with a family member? Like, not boosting because said person isn't any better than you, but they detected a drastic difference in playstyle? Idk just throwing that out there.
