Why am i always stuck with troll in ranked games?

This is about the 10th game in a row iv'e had to deal with either a feeder or just one of the most toxic players in League. Then you cant say anything during the game or you risk getting your account banned for verbal abuse. I mean i understand losing lane (especially if you cant beat your counter) but running down mid/top/bot just feeding everyone is very aggravating ESPECIALLY for over 30-40 mins. I love that riot added the 15 min surrender but i hate it because if the troll says no we have to waste ANOTHER 5 mins. Honestly I don't even think these trolls are getting banned. Also this is partially the auto fill's fault because I guarantee you your going to get someone who cant support then their going to either force your to take over their lane or troll for the entire game (slight chance they might try and fail but atleast they TRIED) This is more or less me venting asking riot to crack down on these trolls so everyone can enjoy the game. Since you're talking about lanes, I'll avoid looking at the ARAMs. Hmm. I don't see any feeders at all. The worst is a Garen support, but he's a bad support up against a Lucian/Thresh lane. His damage, build, wards and kill participation show that he's not inting. There's also a Brand with a lot of deaths, but he's squishy, and his wards, build, and damage dealt numbers still look good, so I wouldn't call either of those inting.
