14 Suspension
So i got banned for 14 days because i was being toxic and i will probably get permaban. Can i get money back or just sell my account before i get perma?

You can try to sell it, but it's illegal.
How about option three: making sure you don't get a permaban?
well, i got a 14 days ban too for toxicity last season. my advice is to use /mute all every game, and avoid any fights in champion select. it worked for me avoiding the perma :)
